"Sir, do you mind if I stay after class and finish this? I only have three problems left." Charlie whispered to his math teacher, pointing to his unfinished test.

The older gentleman nodded, Charlie smiled in gratitude and walked past the other students to his desk were he returned to his test. The bell rang and Charlie barely looked up, the rest of the students rushed past him but he was too busy working on his test to care.

Charlie quickly finished the last three problems before proudly handing the sheet of paper to his teacher. "Thank you, Charlie." Mr. Nally said with a smile.

Charlie nodded and slung his bag over his shoulder, he was walking home tonight. Charlie knew very well that Ryan was too impatient to wait for him.

Charlie jumped down the steps two at a time, a few feet away Charlie could see a figure slumped on the hard cement. His blood ran cold as he realized it was Colin, he raced forward but froze.

On Colin's face was Oliver, desperately trying to wake the giant boy. As Charlie cautiously approached he saw the full extent of Charlie's injuries.

His left eye was swollen shut, his lip was split, a cut on his eyebrow was oozing blood, and possibly the worst of it was his nose. Blood poured from both nostrils, sliding down both sides of his face like streams. The borrower on him was covered in Colin's blood.

It was shocking, Rick and William were dicks but they had self control. They'd never done anything his bad. Charlie approached cautiously, afraid to startle Oliver.

When Charlie was close enough he kneeled by Colin, "Hi there," he whispered softly, trying not to scare the tiny boy. Oliver looked up in horror.

"Please, Colin! Wake up! Please!" He cried desperately, tears pouring down his face, he buried his face into Colin's cheek, trying to block Charlie out.

"It's okay, Oliver." He murmured voice laced with guilt, he knew that the words would have no effect on the terrified boy.

Charlie reached over and Oliver flinched, curling more into himself. But Charlie didn't touch him, he gently shook Colin and then again, a bit harder this time.

Colin stirred, moaning slightly, "Colin!" Oliver cried, tears of joy traveling down his flushed cheeks.

"Oliver?" He asked softly, bringing his hands up to his nose. Gently prying Oliver off of him, the borrower cuddled into Colin's thumb, sobbing softly.

Colin sat up but was overcome by nausea, he clutched his head with his free hand. "Are you alright?" Charlie asked softly.

Colin looked up in surprise and nodded after blinking a few times. He stood and stumbled a few times, luckily Charlie caught him before he could fall.

Without asking for permission Charlie slipped Colin's arm over his shoulder, letting Colin lean on him for support. "I'll walk you home, where's your house?"

"No, Charlie I'm fine. Really." Colin told him, trying to shrug Charlie off of him.

Charlie stubbornly shook his head, tightening his grip ever so slightly. Colin sighed and hesitantly told him his address. As they were walking Charlie noticed Colin gritting his teeth and leaning more into him, letting him lead them.

The blood on his face was drying and turning a into a dark rusty color. He felt eyes on him and looked down, managing to catch Oliver looking at him before the borrower snapped his gaze away. Charlie smiled at the blush that tinted his cheeks, Oliver buried his face into Colin's shirt in embarrassment.

Colin was feeling woozy and nauseous probably from blood lose. Thank god for Charlie, he probably would've passed out by now if he hadn't been there. They followed the address until they reached an apartment complex.

"Okay,  I'm good now. Thanks Charlie," Colin said, trying to squirm out of Charlie's grip. Charlie cocked an eyebrow and Colin sighed, leading them to the door. They buzzed in and a few moments later the door unlocked and they met Jax at the door.

Charlie let go of Colin and he hugged his brother, Charlie awkwardly watched. Feeling bad for Oliver who was still in Colin's hand. Jax noticed the borrower and gently took him into his hands, hugged him against his chest.

It took a moment but Jax noticed Charlie standing there, "So you're Charlie, I've heard quite a bit about you." Jax chuckled, shaking his hand.

"Good things I hope," Charlie said with a slightly uneasy tone.

"Eh, for the most part," Jax teased with a wink.

"Jax," Colin groaned, "You're such a Dad!" Jax just laughed and shrugged.

"Bye, Colin, I'll see you tomorrow." Charlie smiled, waving to his (hopefully) friend. Colin nodded with a small smile.

Charlie skipped down the steps, kicking a rock as he made his way home.
Does anyone else kinda, maybe have he urge to ship Colin and Charlie? Just me, alright, I'll leave.
